It never messages someone who already got the DM. **How do I DM people who already commented on my post?** Set up a Comment-to-DM automation on the post, open Rewind in the sidebar and pick that automation. Rewind sends your DM to the people who commented in the last 7 days. **Can Rewind reach comments older than 7 days?** No. Rewind reaches comments from the last 7 days, and nothing older. Instagram's 24-hour reply window can also block older comments inside those 7 days. The newest comments are the most likely to get the DM. **Will Rewind DM someone twice?** No. Rewind never sends the DM again to someone who already got it. If a large post ran in batches and some people were missed, run Rewind again on the same post. **Which plans include Rewind?** Pro and Growth. Rewind is not on the Free plan. DMs sent by Rewind count toward your monthly DMs, the same as any other automated DM. **Can I use Rewind after moving from another tool?** Yes.
