What's Included in Free?
The Free plan gives you: 1 workspace with 500 DMs per month, unlimited automations, Comment-to-DM, Story Reply, and Keyword Reply triggers, link tracking, and templates.
The Free plan is permanent. It does not expire.
What Pro Features Am I Missing on Free?
Two key feature categories require Pro or Growth:
Ask people to follow before they get the link.
Collect email addresses before sending the link.
Export your contacts list.
See link clicks by country and city.
If you had automations using Follow Gate or Email Gate before April 1, they are paused (not deleted). Upgrade to Pro to reactivate them, or edit the automation to remove the Pro feature.
Annual Billing and Early-User Rates
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly.
Early-user annual rates (for users who signed up before April 1, 2026):
$99/year (~$8.25/month) instead of $144/year.
$199/year (~$16.58/month) instead of $288/year.
These rates stay locked permanently as long as your subscription is active. Not a first-year discount. Available until April 7, 2026.
What Happens When I Hit the DM Limit?
When you reach your monthly DM limit, automations pause until next month or until you upgrade. Your automations, contacts, and data are not affected.
