What Is a Workspace?
A workspace is a container for one Instagram account and all its automations, contacts, and analytics. If you manage multiple Instagram accounts, you need one workspace per account.

How to Create a Workspace
Workspace Settings
Click the workspace name > Workspace Settings. Three tabs:
Change name, color, or delete the workspace. Deleting is permanent.
Invite team members by email. Three roles: Owner (full access to everything), Admin (manage automations and members), Member (view-only).
Shows your connected Instagram account. Use the Refresh button to sync data.
The member invitation feature is being improved. If invitations don't work, contact hello@creatorflow.so.
Switching Between Workspaces
Click the workspace name in the sidebar. A dropdown shows all your workspaces. Click any workspace to switch.
App language: Switch between English, Portuguese, and Spanish from the workspace dropdown menu.
Disconnecting Instagram
Go to Workspace Settings > IG Account > Disconnect Instagram Account.
Only disconnect if you are sure. If you want to connect a different Instagram account, you must disconnect the current one first.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Disconnecting deletes all automations and stops all DM conversations in that workspace.
