What's Included in Free?
The Free plan gives you: 1 workspace with 500 DMs per month, unlimited automations, Comment-to-DM, Story Reply, and Keyword Reply triggers and templates.
The Free plan is permanent. It does not expire.
What Pro Features Am I Missing on Free?
Two key feature categories require Pro or Growth:
Auto-reply publicly under the comment that triggered your automation.
Send DMs to people who commented before your automation was live.
See clicks on the links in your DMs.
Ask people to follow before they get the link.
Collect email addresses before sending the link.
Export your contacts list.
See link clicks by country and city.
If an automation uses a Pro feature (Follow Gate or Email Gate) and you're on Free, it's paused, not deleted. Upgrade to Pro to reactivate it, or edit the automation to remove the Pro step.
Annual Billing
Annual billing saves about 20% compared to monthly:
$144/year instead of $15/month ($180/year).
$288/year instead of $30/month ($360/year).
What Happens When I Hit the DM Limit?
When you reach your monthly DM limit, DMs pause until next month, you upgrade, or you buy a DM Add-On pack — extra DMs that never expire and kick in automatically (1,000 for $5 up to 5,000 for $19, Pro and Growth only). See [DM Add-Ons](/help/billing/dm-add-ons). Your automations, contacts, and data are not affected.
