FOR AGENCIES, BRANDS AND CREATORS ON INSTAGRAM
Many Instagram accounts, one login
A CreatorFlow workspace holds one Instagram account with its own automations, contacts and analytics. Run your brand and your creator account, or each client of your agency, from one login. Switch in the sidebar, and nothing mixes between accounts.

Each Instagram account in its own workspace
CreatorFlow is an Instagram DM automation tool built on Meta's official API. A workspace connects one Instagram account and keeps its automations, contacts, analytics and monthly DMs apart from your other accounts.
Automations
Each account runs its own automations
Sunny Mugs' SHOP automation never runs on Lena Travels. You see one account's automations at a time.
Contacts and analytics
A separate list and numbers per account
Each workspace has its own contacts and analytics. Export one client's list without the others.
Monthly DMs
DMs counted per account
Each workspace gets its own monthly DMs. Sunny Mugs cannot use the DMs of Lena Travels.
One clean space for each Instagram account
Every account keeps its own keywords, contacts and numbers. That is what makes a second account easy to run.
- 01
No mixed-up contacts
Each workspace has its own contact list. One client's leads never land in another client's list, and each export holds one account's people.
- 02
Numbers you can show each client
Each workspace has its own analytics. Open one account and read its DMs sent, clicks and leads for the monthly report.
- 03
Two clicks to switch
The sidebar lists every workspace. You switch accounts without signing out or opening a second browser.
Ways to use workspaces for your accounts
Four common set-ups. Each one keeps the accounts apart from day one.
Agency with three clients
One workspace per client
Sunny Mugs, Lena Travels and Nora Pilates each get a workspace. Each client's keywords and contacts stay in their own space.
Try it Create a workspace, connect the client's Instagram account and build that client's first automation.
Creator with a shop
Keep your creator account and your shop apart
Your creator Reels send your guide. Your shop account sends product links. Each list stays clean for its own emails.
Try it Give each Instagram account its own workspace, and give each one a name and a color you can tell apart.
Shop in two countries
A workspace for each country account
Your Spain and UK accounts answer in their own language, with their own links. Each country's numbers stay separate.
Try it Connect each country's Instagram account to its own workspace, and write each DM in that country's language.
A new niche account
Test a new account without touching your main one
A new account for recipes or travel gets its own workspace. Its first tests never change your main account's numbers.
Try it Create a workspace and connect the new account.
Add another Instagram account in 3 steps
Each new account gets its own workspace. Free has 1 workspace, Pro 2 and Growth 5.
- 1
Click the workspace name
It sits at the top of the sidebar. A list of all your workspaces opens.
- 2
Create a workspace
Click + Create Workspace, type a name and pick a color. Then click Create Workspace.
- 3
Connect Instagram
Connect the Instagram account for this workspace. Then build its automations, or start from a template.
What a workspace holds, and what it does not
One workspace, one Instagram account. Here is what that means each day.
Each workspace has
- One Instagram account
- Its own automations, contacts, analytics and monthly DMs
- A name and a color, so two accounts never look the same
- A place in the sidebar list, two clicks away
Workspaces do not have
- Team seats, roles or invites: you sign in with Google, one login per account
- Room for two Instagram accounts in one workspace
- A move button: to move an account to another workspace, ask in the in-app chat

Workspaces FAQ
How many Instagram accounts you can run, and how they stay apart.
How many Instagram accounts can I run in CreatorFlow?
Free includes 1 workspace, Pro 2 and Growth 5. Each workspace holds one Instagram account.
What is a workspace?
A workspace holds one Instagram account and everything built for it: automations, contacts and analytics. To run a second account, create another workspace and connect Instagram inside it.
Can I invite my team to a workspace?
No. CreatorFlow does not have team seats, roles or invites. You sign in with Google, and each account has one login.
Do my accounts share one monthly DM limit?
No. DMs are counted per workspace, so each Instagram account has its own monthly DMs.
How do I connect a second Instagram account?
Create a second workspace, then connect Instagram inside it. Do not click Disconnect on your current workspace. Disconnect deletes that workspace's automations, contacts and history for good.
Is CreatorFlow good for agencies?
Yes. Agencies give each client account its own workspace, so automations, contacts and numbers stay apart. Growth covers 5 accounts.
