Yes! CreatorFlow's workspace system lets you manage multiple Instagram accounts from a single dashboard. The Pro plan includes 2 workspaces, and the Growth plan includes 5 workspaces — perfect for agencies managing multiple brands.

How do I report results to clients?+

Each workspace has its own analytics: DMs sent, link clicks, and leads captured. You can export contact lists to CSV for client CRMs, and share engagement metrics directly from the dashboard. Real numbers, not just 'we responded to DMs.'

Is this safe for client accounts?+

Absolutely. CreatorFlow uses Meta's official Graph API — the same system used by ManyChat and other approved tools. We're a Meta-Approved Partner. No password sharing, no third-party logins, no risk to client accounts.

What if a client leaves or changes agencies?+

Simply disconnect their account from your workspace. Their Instagram isn't affected, and you retain your other client accounts. No awkward password resets or account recovery needed.

Can I customize messaging for each client's brand voice?+

Yes! Each workspace has its own automations with custom triggers and messages. A luxury fashion brand and a casual restaurant can have completely different tones and responses — all managed from your single agency login.

Do clients see that automation is being used?+

Not unless you tell them. DMs are sent from the client's account, appearing like normal Instagram messages. Most agencies position this as part of their engagement management service. Followers just see fast, helpful responses.

How do I onboard a new client?+

Create a new workspace, then have the client connect their Instagram via Meta's OAuth flow (takes 2 minutes). They grant access; you set up automations. No passwords exchanged, fully secure and professional.

Can I set up automations without clients' approval for each one?+

Once a client connects their account to your workspace, you have full control over automations. Most agencies include 'DM automation management' in their service agreement, so clients expect you to handle this.

What happens when DM limits are reached?+

Each workspace has its own DM allocation (5,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Growth). If you're approaching limits, you'll see warnings in the dashboard. Upgrade the plan or optimize automations to stay within limits.

Is there white-label or agency-specific pricing?+

Currently, we offer standard Pro ($15/mo for 2 workspaces) and Growth ($24/mo for 5 workspaces) plans. For agencies managing 10+ accounts, contact us — we can discuss custom workspace allocations and volume pricing.
