These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the CreatorFlow Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by CreatorFlow Labs S.L., Madrid, Spain ("CreatorFlow", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. The Program
The Program allows approved affiliates ("you") to earn recurring commissions by referring paying customers to CreatorFlow. The Program is administered through Rewardful, a third-party affiliate tracking platform. Your affiliate account, tracking links, statistics, and commission records are managed in the Rewardful dashboard at creatorflow.getrewardful.com.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
You must apply through our affiliate portal and be approved before earning commissions.
- Approval is discretionary: We may approve or decline any application, and revoke an approval, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason. Approval is personal to you and is not transferable.
- Age and capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- One account: You may hold one affiliate account. Operating multiple accounts, or applying again after a termination, without our written permission is a breach of these Terms.
- Accurate information: Your legal name or entity name, country, payout details, and the promotion channels you list must be accurate and kept current. Applications containing false or misleading information may be declined or terminated at any time.
- Channel disclosure: You must list the primary channels you intend to use. Promoting through channels you have not disclosed, when asked to disclose them, is a breach of these Terms.
3. Commissions
Commissions accrue on paid CreatorFlow subscriptions purchased by customers you referred, during the commission window described below.
- New customers only: Commissions accrue only for genuinely new CreatorFlow customers. Existing customers, previously registered accounts, or customers already in an active sales conversation with us do not qualify.
- Commission rate: 30% recurring commission on payments made by referred paid subscriptions.
- Commission window: Commission accrues on every payment a referred customer makes within 12 months of their first paid charge. Payments made after that 12-month window accrue no commission.
- Free plans: No commission accrues on free plan users. If a referred free user later upgrades to a paid plan, commission starts from the upgrade, and the 12-month window starts at that first paid charge.
- Cancellations: If a referred customer cancels or stops paying, commission for that customer stops. It resumes if they resubscribe through your attribution within the original 12-month window; resubscription does not restart the window.
- Refunds and chargebacks: Commissions on refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent payments are deducted or reversed.
- Promo codes: A personal promo code is generated for you when you are approved, giving the customer 20% off their first payment (monthly or annual). The code is valid for new customers only and is the only discount you may advertise (see Section 6). We may change the discount rate for codes issued in future; codes already in circulation are unaffected.
- Improved terms: We may grant individual affiliates improved terms (for example, a longer commission window or a higher rate) by written agreement. Such terms are individual and create no entitlement for other affiliates.
- Commission disputes: If you believe a commission statement is incorrect, notify us within 30 days of the statement date; otherwise the statement is deemed accepted.
4. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are attributed using Rewardful tracking.
- Cookie window: The tracking cookie is valid for 60 days from the click on your affiliate link.
- Attribution model: First touch. When more than one affiliate refers the same person, the referral is credited to the affiliate whose link was clicked first. Referred customers become permanently linked to their affiliate at conversion.
- Attribution requirement: A referral is credited only when Rewardful's tracking successfully links the customer to your affiliate account. We cannot credit referrals that are not tracked (for example, when the visitor blocks cookies or signs up on a different device or browser).
- No retroactive claims: We do not manually attribute customers who signed up without valid tracking, except at our discretion.
5. Payouts
Commission payouts are made monthly.
- Method: PayPal, or bank transfer where PayPal is not available.
- Refund hold: Commissions become payable 40 days after the underlying customer charge. This window covers our money-back guarantee and payment disputes.
- Schedule: Payouts are processed within the first 10 days of each month for commissions that have become payable.
- Minimum threshold: $25. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month.
- Documentation: We or Rewardful may request reasonable identification, payout, or tax documentation before releasing payments. Payouts may be withheld until requested documentation is provided.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or fees applicable to your commission income in your jurisdiction.
- Currency: Commissions are calculated and paid in USD unless we agree otherwise.
6. Promotion Rules
You may promote CreatorFlow through your own websites, social media, videos, newsletters, and similar channels, subject to the following rules.
- Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by applicable law and guidelines (for example, FTC endorsement guidelines and equivalent rules in your country).
- No branded bidding: You may not bid on "CreatorFlow" or confusingly similar terms (including misspellings) in paid search, and you may not run ads that could be mistaken for official CreatorFlow advertising.
- Brand terms in ads generally: The restriction on branded bidding applies to every paid channel, not only search: you may not use "CreatorFlow" or confusingly similar terms in ad keywords, ad copy, display URLs, or landing-page domains, and you may not bid on our brand in any ad network, marketplace, or app store.
- No domain or handle squatting: You may not register or use domains, subdomains, social handles, app names, or store listings containing "CreatorFlow" or a confusingly similar variation.
- No misrepresentation: You may not make false or unsubstantiated claims about CreatorFlow's features, pricing, results, or compliance status, and you may not fabricate testimonials or statistics.
- No spam: Unsolicited bulk messaging (email, DMs, comments) that violates applicable law or platform rules is prohibited.
- No self-referrals: Purchasing through your own link, or referring accounts you own or control, is prohibited.
- No cookie stuffing: Any technique that sets the tracking cookie without a genuine, deliberate click on your affiliate link is prohibited.
- Brand assets: You may use CreatorFlow's name and logo solely to promote CreatorFlow under these Terms; you may not register domains, apps, or social accounts that impersonate CreatorFlow.
- No unauthorized offers: You may not advertise discounts, coupons, rebates, extended trials, or cash-back incentives that we have not expressly approved in writing. The personal promo code issued to you through Rewardful is approved.
- No sub-affiliates: You may not recruit sub-affiliates or share, sell, or transfer your affiliate link or commissions to third parties without our written approval.
- Lawful data practices: Any audience data you use to promote CreatorFlow (such as email lists) must be collected and used in compliance with applicable data-protection and e-marketing laws.
- Sanctions and export compliance: You may not participate in the Program, or refer customers, from jurisdictions subject to comprehensive EU, US, or UN sanctions, and you confirm you are not a sanctioned person.
- No incentivized or artificial traffic: Paying, rewarding, or otherwise inducing people to click your link or sign up, and any use of bots, click farms, automated traffic, or traffic exchanges, is prohibited.
- No coupon or deal-site distribution: You may not list your promo code on coupon, voucher, cashback, or deal aggregator sites without our prior written approval.
- No paid placement against our own channels: You may not run ads targeting our brand on platforms where the ad would appear alongside or above our official presence.
7. Compliance, Monitoring, and Enforcement
We monitor affiliate activity, including traffic sources, click and conversion patterns, refund and chargeback rates, and the content of promotions. Participation in the Program is conditional on passing that review.
- Audit and cooperation: On our request you will identify, within five (5) business days, every website, social account, ad account, domain, and handle you use to promote CreatorFlow, and provide reasonable evidence of your traffic sources. Failure to respond within that period is itself grounds for suspension.
- Immediate suspension: We may suspend your affiliate account immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect branded bidding, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, bot or incentivized traffic, unapproved discounts or offers, impersonation of CreatorFlow, spam, falsified claims, multiple accounts, or any other breach of these Terms. Suspension is precautionary and is not a finding of wrongdoing.
- Effect of suspension: While suspended, your tracking link and promo code are disabled, commission accrual stops, and all pending and unpaid commissions on your account are frozen and excluded from the payout run.
- Investigation: We will review the matter in good faith on the evidence available and will normally reach a decision within thirty (30) days. You may submit an explanation and supporting evidence during that period, and we will consider it.
- If a breach is confirmed: Your participation is terminated for cause with immediate effect, all frozen and unpaid commissions connected to the affected period are forfeited, and we may reverse and reclaim commissions already paid on referrals obtained through the breach. We may also refuse any future application from you or any entity you control.
- If no breach is found: Your account is reinstated and any frozen commissions are released in the next scheduled payout run, with no penalty and no loss of attribution.
- Refunds, chargebacks, and fraud by referred customers: Commissions on payments that are refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent do not become payable, and are reversed if already credited. This applies regardless of whether you were involved.
- Our determination: Decisions about breach, forfeiture, and reinstatement are made by us, acting reasonably and in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any other remedy available to us at law.
8. Term and Termination
These Terms apply from your approval into the Program until terminated.
- By you: You may leave the Program at any time by closing your affiliate account or notifying us in writing.
- By us, for cause: We may terminate your participation immediately on written notice for any breach of these Terms, for fraud or suspected fraud, or for conduct that harms the CreatorFlow brand. Section 7 governs what happens to commissions in that case.
- By us, without cause: We may end your participation for any other reason on one (1) business day's written notice to the email address on your affiliate account.
- Effect of termination: Your tracking link and promo code stop working. Commissions earned in compliance with these Terms before termination are paid out on the normal schedule once they clear the standard holding period. Commissions attributable to fraud or to a breach of these Terms are forfeited.
- Program changes: We may modify commission rates, the commission window, the cookie window, the payout threshold, or discontinue the Program prospectively. Changes do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on referrals acquired before the change.
- Survival: Sections covering enforcement, indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability, governing law, and general provisions survive termination.
9. Relationship of the Parties
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on CreatorFlow's behalf.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless CreatorFlow, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your promotional activities, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Program, the Rewardful platform, and all related tools are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow's aggregate liability arising out of the Program is limited to the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the commissions payable to you for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for tracking failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or by email to registered affiliates. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. Questions about the Program or these Terms: info@creatorflow.so.
14. General Provisions
Miscellaneous terms that apply to the whole agreement.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your affiliate account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and the policies they reference, are the entire agreement regarding the Program and supersede prior discussions.
