Turn campaign engagement into leads you can report.

Every campaign you run for a client fills up with comments and story replies. CreatorFlow answers each one instantly with the offer, captures the lead, and keeps the numbers per client so you have something to show at month end.

Why agencies use it

Every campaign keeps working after you log off.

A launch, a promo, a lead-gen push. The engagement arrives whenever it arrives, and most of it converts only if someone answers fast. This answers for you, on every client account you run.

Campaigns that convert around the clock

The moment someone engages with a client's campaign they get the offer, the link or the booking page. No waiting for business hours, no lead cooling off overnight.

Every lead captured, not just counted

People who respond are saved with their source and email into that client's own list. Export it and hand the audience to the client as a deliverable.

Numbers you can put in the report

Responses sent, link clicks and leads collected, per client and per campaign, so the monthly update shows what the work returned instead of what it reached.

Roll a winning campaign across the roster

A set-up that worked for one client is a keyword, a message and a link. Rebuild it for the next client in a couple of minutes.

Built for a client roster

Every client's campaigns, kept apart.

A workspace is one client and everything that belongs to them: their campaigns, their leads, their numbers. You move between them from one login.

  • Nothing crosses overEach workspace holds its own automations, contacts and analytics. Name and colour-code them so nobody ever posts to the wrong brand.
  • Its own monthly DM allowanceEach client's allowance is counted on its own and is never shared, so one client having a big month cannot use up another client's.
  • Five team seats per workspaceInvite by email. Owner has full access, Admin manages automations and settings, Member is view-only, which is the right role to give the client.
  • Adding a client takes a minuteCreate the workspace, the client approves access with their own Instagram login, and you are building.

Up to 5 client accounts on one plan. Need more? The Agency plan covers additional workspaces.

Getting a client live

A client campaign is live in about a minute.

There are no flowcharts, and nothing for the client to install.

1

The client connects their Instagram

They approve access once through Meta's official login, and that approval creates their workspace. It needs to be an Instagram Business or Creator account, which is a free switch in Instagram settings.

2

You pick the trigger and write the DM

A comment on a post or reel, a reply to a story, or a keyword sent to the DMs. Write the message in the client's voice and drop in the link.

3

Turn it on and leave it running

It replies within seconds on every matching post, day and night. Inside that workspace you watch DMs sent, link clicks and every new contact.

Campaign examples

Three campaigns agencies run in the first week.

Same mechanic, different client objective. Each one is a keyword, a message and a link.

Product drop

The DM goes out the second they comment. With the email gate on, the link follows as soon as they leave their address.

Bookings

A story reply becomes a booking link, and the contact lands in that client's list.

Always-on FAQ

The question that fills the inbox every day answers itself, on every account.

What you get

What you set up per campaign.

Unlimited campaigns on every plan. Build one per launch and leave it running.

A contact list per clientPro

Everyone who interacts is saved with source, email and engagement history, inside that client's workspace only. Export to CSV and hand it over.

Link click trackingPro

See which automation drove the clicks, and where in the world the audience is.

Message variations

Rotate several versions of the message so repeated interactions don't read like the same template every time.

Follow gate and email gatePro

Ask for a follow or an email before the link goes out. One option per automation, matched to what the client is trying to grow.

Questions agencies ask before they move a client over

How many client accounts can I run?

Up to five, each in its own workspace. Pro covers two client accounts and Growth covers five. If you manage more than five, the Agency plan covers multiple workspaces, custom DM limits, team permissions and dedicated onboarding. Ask for a quote from the pricing page.

Do I need my client's Instagram password?

No. The client approves access once through Meta's official login, so you never hold their password. They can revoke that access themselves at any time from their own Instagram settings.

Do the DM limits pool across all my clients?

No. Each workspace has its own monthly allowance: 5,000 DMs per workspace on Pro and 10,000 on Growth. One client going viral never touches another client's allowance. If a single client needs more in a given month, one-time top-up packs stack on top of the plan and never expire.

What can I actually show the client at the end of the month?

Inside each workspace you get DMs sent, link clicks, leads collected, a geographic breakdown on Pro and Growth, and the full contact list with source and engagement history. Contacts export to CSV on Pro and Growth. To be straight about the limits: analytics are scoped to one workspace at a time, there is no cross-client roll-up view, and there is no generated PDF report, so the client-facing summary is still yours to assemble.

Is CreatorFlow white-labelled, or is there a reseller dashboard?

No to both. CreatorFlow is not white-labelled and there is no reseller dashboard, and you cannot bill your clients through CreatorFlow. If you would rather earn from client subscriptions than rebill them, the Agency Partner Program pays 30-40% recurring revenue share on every client you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed. It is free to join and includes priority email support, early access to new features, a free CreatorFlow account for your own agency Instagram, and co-marketing.

Is CreatorFlow a fit for my agency?

It fits if your clients sell through Instagram and you want comments, story replies and DM keywords answered instantly on every account. It is Instagram only, so it does not cover Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram. Automations send a single message rather than a multi-step drip sequence. There are no calendar or email-platform integrations, so contacts move by CSV export. And no tool on Meta's official API can send a DM when someone new follows, because Instagram does not offer that trigger to anyone.

Set it up on one campaign, see what it returns, then roll it across the roster.
