Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro, add AI Studio, or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-month, you'll be credited the difference toward your next billing cycle.
If you hit your monthly DM limit (1,000 on Free, 10,000 on Pro), your automations pause until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. You'll get an email warning at 80% and 100% of your limit. No overage fees—ever.
No. The Free plan requires no credit card. Create your account with email and password. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready (14-day free trial, then $14.99/mo).
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We currently don't accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of upgrading to Pro or Pro + AI, email support@creatorflow.so for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no per-contact fees, no overage charges. If you go over your DM limit, automations pause (no surprise bills). The only potential additional cost: Instagram's API requires a Business or Creator account (free to set up in Instagram settings).
