What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for brands

Check these before your first launch.

What you can set

  • Run each brand account in its own workspace, with its own automations, contacts and numbers.
  • Give each launch its own keyword and product page. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Send up to 3 link buttons in one DM: the cleanser, the cream and the serum.
  • Ask for an email before the link with Email Gate, then export your contacts as a CSV file.
  • Reply in public under each comment with Public Reply, so other customers see that you answered.

What to know first

  • Each CreatorFlow account has one Google sign-in. There are no team seats or roles.
  • CreatorFlow cannot send a DM to your customer list or to all your followers.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Can several people on our team log in?

No. There are no seats, roles or invites. Each CreatorFlow account has one Google sign-in.

We have accounts in three countries. Can we run them all?

Yes, with one workspace for each account. Pro has 2 workspaces and Growth has 5. For more than 5 accounts, see the Agency plan on the pricing page.

Can we send a DM to our customer list or our followers?

No. CreatorFlow sends a DM only after someone comments, replies to a Story or sends you the keyword. There are no cold or bulk DMs.

Can we move the emails to our email tool?

Yes, on Pro and Growth. Email Gate collects the email, and you export contacts as a CSV file. There is no direct connection to an email tool.

Can we use Follow Gate for a giveaway?

Not as an entry rule. Follow Gate asks people to follow before they get the DM. CreatorFlow does not check the follow. It is on Pro and Growth.

Does the DM come from our brand account?

Yes. It comes from your Instagram account, in your words. A person on your team can continue in the same chat.
