CreatorFlow is an Instagram DM automation tool built on Meta's official API. It saves every person your automations reach on the Contacts page. Each contact has an Instagram handle, the email they gave, a source such as Email Gate, and when they last interacted.

When you ask for an email before the link, CreatorFlow saves it on that person's contact. The With Email number grows with each new email.

The Source column shows how CreatorFlow collected each person, for example through Email Gate. You see where your emails come from.

Open Contacts
Contacts sits in the left sidebar. The top shows Total Contacts, With Email and Active Today.

The button is at the top right. The file downloads to your computer.

Upload the file to any email tool that imports CSV, and match the columns to its fields.

What CreatorFlow saves for each contact and how you move the list.
What does CreatorFlow save for each contact?
Their name and Instagram handle, their email address if they gave it through Email Gate, a source such as Email Gate, and the date and time they last interacted with you.
Can I export my Instagram contacts?
Yes, on Pro and Growth. Open Contacts and click Export to CSV. On the Free plan your contacts are still collected, and you can see them on the Contacts page.
Which email tools accept the CSV file?
Any email tool that imports CSV files. Upload the file and match the columns to the fields in your email tool.
Does CreatorFlow sync contacts with my email tool?
No. There is no API, no webhooks and no Zapier connection. Export a fresh CSV whenever you want your list up to date.
Are contacts without an email in the export?
Yes. The export holds your whole contact list. Only people who sent their email through Email Gate have an email on their contact.
How do I collect emails on Instagram?
Turn on Email Gate in an automation. CreatorFlow asks for the email in the DM, saves it to the contact, then sends your link. Email Gate is on Pro and Growth.
