How to Export and Use Your Contacts

TL;DR:Your Contacts page shows everyone who interacted with your automations. Export to CSV and import into any email marketing platform. CSV export is available on Pro and Growth plans. CreatorFlow does not have native integrations with email tools.

Where Is the Contacts Page?

Click Contacts in the left sidebar. The page shows three summary cards: Total Contacts, With Email, Active Today.

Below the cards, a searchable table lists all your contacts.

What Information Does Each Contact Have?

Contact

Instagram @handle.

Email

Email address (if collected via Email Gate).

Source

How they were captured (e.g., "Email Gate").

Last Interaction

Date and time of last interaction.

How to Export Contacts

CSV export is available on Pro and Growth plans.

Go to Contacts

Open the Contacts page from the left sidebar.

Click Export

Click "Export to CSV" in the top-right corner.

Download

A CSV file downloads to your computer.

How to Import Into Your Email Platform

Every major email platform supports CSV imports.

CreatorFlow does not sync with email platforms automatically. CSV export is the bridge between your Instagram leads and your email tool. Export periodically (weekly or after campaigns) to keep your list current.

Open your email platform

Open your email platform (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Loops, etc.).

Find the import option

Find the import/upload option (usually under Audience or Subscribers).

Upload and map fields

Upload the CSV and map the fields.

Does Export Contacts work with Mailchimp and ConvertKit?+

Yes. The CSV export is compatible with any email marketing platform that accepts CSV imports, including Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Loops, and others. Upload the file and map the fields during import.

What happens if a contact interacts with multiple automations?+

Each contact appears once in your Contacts list. If the same person triggers multiple automations, their record is updated with the most recent interaction date. The email address is stored once.

Are contacts without email addresses included in the CSV export?+

Yes. All contacts are exported, including those without email addresses. Contacts captured without Email Gate will have a blank email field in the CSV file.

Does CreatorFlow sync contacts automatically with my email platform?+

No. CreatorFlow does not have native integrations with email marketing platforms. CSV export is the only way to transfer contacts. Export periodically after campaigns to keep your email list current.
