Step 1
Press Download on any skill above. You get a ZIP with the skill file inside. Do not open it. If your Mac opens it into a folder, right-click the folder and choose Compress.
Step 2
In Claude, open Customize, then Skills. Press +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill, and pick the ZIP. Turn the skill on.
Step 3
Type "Reel script: my 20-minute pasta". Claude uses the skill when your message matches it. If it does not, start with the skill name: "Use reel-script".

What a skill is, what it costs, and how to make one fit your brand.
What is a Claude skill?
A Claude skill is one text file, SKILL.md, with instructions for one task, like writing a Reel script. It comes inside a ZIP, and you upload the ZIP to Claude. Once you turn it on, Claude uses it when your request matches that task.
Are these Claude skills free?
Yes. All 8 skills are free to download, use and change, under the MIT license. To upload one, you need a Claude account. On the free Claude plan, the upload option may not appear.
Can Claude make images and videos with these skills?
No. Claude writes the prompts, scripts and shot lists. You paste the prompts into your image or video tool, and you film or edit the Reel yourself.
How do I install a Claude skill?
Download the ZIP. In Claude, open Customize, then Skills, press + and upload the ZIP, then turn the skill on. No Skills menu? Open Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on Create and edit files. In Claude Code, unzip the file into ~/.claude/skills.
How do I change a skill to fit my brand?
Unzip the file and open SKILL.md in any text app. Write your audience, how you talk and your comment keyword under "Your details", then save. Compress the folder into a ZIP again (on a Mac: right-click, Compress) and upload the new ZIP.
Do the skills work in my language?
Yes. The files are in English, and each skill tells Claude to answer in the language you write in. Keywords, hashtags and links stay exactly as you typed them. Image and video prompts stay in English, because most of those tools follow English best.
Are these skills safe to install?
Each skill is plain text, with no code, and it does not ask Claude to open any website. Anthropic advises using skills only from sources you trust and reading every file first. This page shows each file in full.
Can a skill post to Instagram or send DMs for me?
No. A skill writes and checks text inside Claude, and you post in Instagram. To send your link to everyone who comments a keyword, use a DM automation tool like CreatorFlow, which runs on Meta's official API.
