How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@creatorflow.so with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address you used to sign up (your Google account email).
Our team will process your request and confirm when complete. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Everything is removed permanently:
Every workspace tied to your account is deleted.
Active and paused automations are removed.
Contact data gathered through your automations is erased.
DM counts, click rates, and geographic analytics are removed.
Your login, preferences, and billing information are deleted.
This cannot be undone. If you want to use CreatorFlow later, you'll need to create a new account.
Alternatives to Deletion
Toggle your automations off in the Automations page to stop all activity while keeping your account, automations, and contacts intact. Do not use the Disconnect button to do this — disconnecting permanently deletes all automations, contacts, and history with no recovery.
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays.
Go to Contacts > Export to CSV (Pro/Growth plans) to download your contacts before deleting.
