How to Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your CreatorFlow account and all associated data.

TL;DR:To delete your CreatorFlow account, email hello@creatorflow.so with your signup email address. Deletion is permanent: all workspaces, automations, contacts, and data are removed. There is no self-service deletion in the app yet.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hello@creatorflow.so with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address you used to sign up (your Google account email).

Our team will process your request and confirm when complete. Most requests are completed within a few business days.

What Gets Deleted

Everything is removed permanently:

All workspaces

Every workspace tied to your account is deleted.

All automations

Active and paused automations are removed.

All contacts and collected emails

Contact data gathered through your automations is erased.

All analytics data

DM counts, click rates, and geographic analytics are removed.

Your account profile and settings

Your login, preferences, and billing information are deleted.

Warning

This cannot be undone. If you want to use CreatorFlow later, you'll need to create a new account.

Alternatives to Deletion

Stop automations but keep your account

Toggle your automations off in the Automations page.

Disconnect Instagram but keep your account

Go to Workspace Settings > IG Account > Disconnect. This stops automations but keeps your CreatorFlow account.

Cancel your paid subscription

Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays.

Export data first

Go to Contacts > Export to CSV (Pro/Growth plans) to download your contacts before deleting.
