CreatorFlow collects and processes:
Your Google email, name, and Instagram account info provided during signup and connection.
The automations you create, including trigger keywords, message content, and configurations.
Instagram usernames and email addresses of people who interact with your automations.
Aggregated metrics (DMs sent, click rates). No individual message content is stored long-term.
Basic product usage analytics to improve the service.
How We Store and Protect It
All data encrypted with TLS 1.3 during transfer.
All stored data encrypted with AES-256.
Access limited to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
Ongoing security audits and reviews.
No data sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Your Data Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:
Request a copy of all personal data we hold.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data in a machine-readable format.
Object to processing for specific purposes.
How to Delete Your Data
Email hello@creatorflow.so with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your signup email.
Deletion removes: all workspaces, automations, contacts, analytics, and account profile.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your contacts (Contacts > Export to CSV) before requesting deletion.
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
