In 2024, I was running my Instagram and drowning in DMs. Every time I posted about my Amazon storefront, 50+ people would comment asking for links. By the time I responded 3 hours later, they'd already moved on. I tried ManyChat. Spent 4 hours watching tutorials. Built one automation that broke the next day. Gave up. I tried LinkDM. Better, but the UI felt dated and clunky. I'm used to Canva and Notion. Why doesn't DM automation look like that?
