Before You Start
CreatorFlow runs on Meta's official Instagram Graph API, so the setup is account-based, not an import.
CreatorFlow uses Google sign-in only — no email/password and no Facebook login.
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account.
The Free plan includes 500 DMs per month, so you can set everything up before deciding on a paid plan.
Step-by-Step
Create your CreatorFlow account
Sign up at creatorflow.so with Google. There's no email/password or Facebook login — Google sign-in only.
Connect Instagram
Enter your Instagram username and click Connect. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. No Facebook Page is required.
Rebuild your key automations
Nothing transfers automatically from another tool. Recreate your main flows in CreatorFlow — Templates make this quick. Note that each post can have one automation.
Catch up with Rewind
For a recent post, set up a Comment-to-DM automation, then open Rewind (sidebar, between Contacts and Analytics) and run it. Rewind DMs people who commented in the last 7 days. It is available on Pro and Growth.
Turn off your old automations
Once CreatorFlow is live, switch off the matching automations in your old tool so the same people don't get two DMs.
What Transfers
Automations and contacts do not import from another tool — you rebuild your flows in CreatorFlow. Most are quick to recreate from Templates.
Rewind is what saves you the migration headache: it reaches back over the last 7 days of comments so recent commenters still get your DM after the switch.
Keep the old automations off once the matching CreatorFlow automation is live, so the same person isn't messaged twice.
