What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for travel agencies

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Use a different keyword for each trip. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Put the itinerary and the trip request form in one DM, as two link buttons.
  • Choose Any word to send the DM after each comment on a trip Reel.
  • Ask for an email before the itinerary, with Email Gate.
  • Run each agency brand on its own Instagram account, in its own workspace.

What to know first

  • CreatorFlow cannot plan a trip or check a price. A planner replies in the same chat.
  • Keep prices on your page. A DM sends the words you set until you change them.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Can CreatorFlow give a trip price in the DM?

It can send a price if you write one. That price stays the same until you change it. A link to your own page is easier to keep correct.

Can travelers book or pay inside the DM?

No. The DM holds a message and link buttons. Booking and payment happen on your own page.

Should I ask for passport details in the DM?

No. Do not ask for passport numbers, birth dates or other private data in a DM. Send travelers to your own form instead.

Can I use a different itinerary for each destination?

Yes. Make one automation for each Reel, with its own keyword and link. Automations are unlimited on every plan.

Can several planners share one account?

Not with their own logins. Each CreatorFlow account has one Google login, and there are no team seats or roles. Each Instagram account goes in its own workspace. Pro includes 2 workspaces and Growth 5.

Does it work with our booking or itinerary software?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. You paste the link to your page in the DM.

Can Instagram ban our agency account?

CreatorFlow lowers the risk, but no tool can remove it. It is a Meta-approved Tech Provider on the official Instagram API. It only replies to travelers who contacted you first.
