Comment to DM, from your class Reel to a course enrollment
Sam works in an office and wants to become a cook. He finds your Reel from the cooking class at 10 pm.
Your Reel
Your class Reel shows the cooking course
Your chef puts a pizza in the oven during class. In the caption, you ask people to comment COOK for dates and fees.
The comment
Sam comments COOK
COOK is your keyword for this course. Leo and Ava comment without it, so they get no DM.
The DM
The start date and fee arrive by DM
Sam gets the start date, the fee and a See the course button the night he asks. It comes from your center's own account.
Your course page
Sam enrolls for January
The button opens your course page with the dates and the fee. Sam enrolls there, and your staff give him a place.
Instagram auto-reply for courses, fees and new groups
Four automations a training center can run. Each one gives future students the facts before they call.
Reel comments · COOK
People who comment COOK get the start date, the fee and your course page. Give each course its own keyword.
How comment auto-reply works →Keyword DMs · PAYMENT
Someone sends you PAYMENT and gets your payment options in writing. Your course adviser has time for harder questions.
How keyword DMs work →Story replies · MECHANIC
Post a Story when a new group opens. People who reply MECHANIC get the start date and the course page.
How Story replies work →Post comments · GUIDE
People get your course guide by DM. Email Gate, on Pro and Growth, asks for their email first. With no answer in about 15 minutes, it sends the guide anyway.

- The start date and fee arrive after reception has closed.
- You write the message once for each course.

What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for training centers
Check these before your next course starts.
What you can set
- Give each course its own keyword: COOK for cooking, MECHANIC for mechanics.
- Send your course page, fees and timetable as up to 3 link buttons.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as PAYMENT.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can open a new group.
- Run one workspace for each campus with its own Instagram account.
What to know first
- CreatorFlow does not enroll people, take payment or check who can apply. When dates or free places change, you change the DM.
- Instagram limits who can message teen accounts, so a teen may not get the DM. Write your posts for adult learners and parents.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.
Your account
- CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
- It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
- You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.

More for training centersEducationCourse creatorsCollect emailsAll industries
Does CreatorFlow enroll students for us?
No. CreatorFlow sends the link to your course page by DM. People enroll on your page, and your staff review each one. CreatorFlow does not see who enrolled or how many places are left.
Which enrollment or student software works with it?
Any software that gives you a link, or a simple online form. Paste the link into the DM as a button. CreatorFlow does not connect to your software, so course records stay where they are.
Can it tell someone if they can join a course or get funding?
No. CreatorFlow sends the same DM whenever someone uses the keyword. It does not check age, grades, funding or work history. Those questions stay in your Instagram inbox for your course adviser.
What if the person does not follow our center?
They still get the DM. Instagram puts it in their Message Requests, so they may see it a little later.
Can teenagers get the DM?
Not always. Instagram limits who can message teen accounts, so a teen may not get the DM. Write your posts and DMs for adult learners and parents.
Can our course advisers and reception share it?
Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each campus with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace. Free has 1, Pro has 2 and Growth has 5.
Is it safe for our training center's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. Your center does not share its password. It only replies to people who contacted you first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
How much does Instagram DM automation cost for a training center?
CreatorFlow is free for 500 DMs a month, with comment, Story reply and keyword DM automations. Pro costs $15 a month for 5,000 DMs and adds Email Gate, link tracking and CSV export. Growth costs $30 a month for 10,000 DMs and 5 workspaces. Every plan includes unlimited automations.
Course enrollments from your class Reels
Give each course Reel its own keyword, like COOK. Put your course page in the DM. Future students read the fee and start date at 10 pm too.
