What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for law firms

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Give each practice area its own keyword and page. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Send your guide and your consultation page in one DM, as two link buttons.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as AREAS.
  • See the clicks on your consultation page link, with link tracking.
  • Reply under each comment in public with Public Reply, so people check their DMs.

What to know first

  • You write the messages, so check them against the advertising rules of your profession.
  • CreatorFlow cannot assess a case or answer a question. A lawyer replies in the same chat.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Does CreatorFlow give legal advice?

No. It sends the message you wrote when someone uses your keyword. It does not read or answer questions. A lawyer at your firm replies in the same chat.

What should we do about confidential details?

Do not ask for private data or case details in a DM. Send people to your own form instead. Your firm decides how that form stores what people send.

Does it meet our bar association's rules?

CreatorFlow makes no claim about those rules. You write each message, so you check it against the rules that apply to your firm.

Can each lawyer have their own automations?

Yes. One workspace holds unlimited automations, one for each practice area if you want. A lawyer with a separate Instagram account needs a separate workspace. Pro has 2 workspaces and Growth has 5. There are no team seats, and each CreatorFlow account has one Google sign-in.

Does it work with our case management software?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. You paste the link to your consultation page into the DM.

Will people think a robot is answering?

Some may, because the DM arrives in seconds. It comes from your firm's account, in your words. You can say in the message that a lawyer answers questions in the chat.

Can Instagram ban our firm's account?

CreatorFlow lowers the risk, but no tool can remove it. It is a Meta-approved Tech Provider on the official Instagram API. It only sends DMs to people who contacted your firm first.
