What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for tax advisors

What you can set

  • Use separate keywords for freelancers, companies and people abroad. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Edit the automation when dates change, or pause it when the season ends.
  • Answer comments, Story replies and keyword DMs with the same dates page.
  • Put your dates page and your new client page in one DM, as two link buttons.
  • Send the DM to people who commented in the last 7 days, with Rewind.

What to know first

  • You write the messages, so check them against the advertising rules of your profession.
  • CreatorFlow cannot read a tax question. A person at your practice replies in the same chat.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.

Can CreatorFlow answer a tax question for me?

No. It answers your keyword with the message you wrote. A question about someone's own tax needs a person, and you can reply in the same chat.

What if a client sends a tax number or income in the DM?

CreatorFlow does not answer it. The message waits in your Instagram inbox, and you reply yourself. Ask people to send numbers only on your own form or client portal.

Can I use the same automation each tax season?

Yes. An automation runs until you pause it. Change the link or the words when the dates change.

Can CreatorFlow message people before the filing date?

No. It sends one DM when someone uses your keyword. It cannot write to people again on a date.

Does it work with tax software or my client portal?

CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. You can put your portal link on a DM button.

Does CreatorFlow make claims about my licence or tax authority rules?

No. You write each message, so you check it against the rules of your profession.

What happens in a busy month if I reach my DM limit?

DMs stop until the next month, or until you move to a bigger plan. Free includes 500 DMs a month, Pro 5,000 and Growth 10,000. On Pro and Growth, you can also buy extra DMs.
