What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for moving companies

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Use QUOTE on moving day Reels and PACKING on tip Reels. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Send your quote form and your packing checklist as two buttons in one DM.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as OFFICE.
  • Send the DM to people who commented in the last 7 days, with Rewind.
  • Reply under each comment in public with Public Reply, so other families see that you answered.

What to know first

  • CreatorFlow cannot price a move or check your free dates. You answer those questions yourself.
  • Do not ask for addresses or phone numbers in the DM. Ask for them on your quote form.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Can CreatorFlow give a moving price in the DM?

No. It sends only the words you write. It cannot price a move from a comment. Send your quote form, and give the price after you read it.

Should we ask for addresses in the DM?

No. Do not ask for addresses or other private data in a DM. Send people to your own form instead.

Can it check if we are free on a date?

No. It does not see your calendar. Send people to your quote form, and answer dates yourself in the same chat.

Can I use different forms for local and long-distance moves?

Yes. Give each form its own keyword on its own Reel, such as LOCAL and LONG. Or add both forms as two buttons in one DM. Automations are unlimited on every plan.

Does it work with our moving software?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. You paste your form link in the DM.

Can our office staff share the sign-in?

CreatorFlow has no team seats or roles. Each account has one Google sign-in. Your office can still reply to DMs in Instagram as usual.

Can Instagram ban our company account?

CreatorFlow lowers the risk, but no tool can remove it. It is a Meta-approved Tech Provider on the official Instagram API. It only replies to people who contacted you first.
