What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for renovation companies

What you can set

  • Give kitchen, bathroom and full-home Reels their own keyword. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Send your project page and your quote form as two buttons in one DM.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as PROJECTS.
  • Reply under each comment in public with Public Reply, so other homeowners see that you answered.
  • See the clicks on your quote form link, with link tracking.

What to know first

  • CreatorFlow cannot price a renovation or read photos. You reply in the same chat.
  • Do not ask for a home address in the DM. Ask for it on your quote form.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.

Should we ask for a home address in the DM?

No. Do not ask for a home address or other private data in a DM. Send homeowners to your own form instead.

Can I use a different keyword for each room?

Yes. KITCHEN can send your kitchen form and BATHROOM your bathroom form. Automations are unlimited on every plan.

Does it work with our project software?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. On Pro and Growth you can export contacts as a CSV file.

Can it send a message when the estimate is ready?

No. It sends one DM when someone uses your keyword. You write to the homeowner yourself after that.

Can Instagram ban our company account?
