What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for sales teams

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Give demos, plans and case studies their own keywords. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Send your demo page and your plans page in one DM, as two link buttons.
  • Ask for an email before you send the demo page, with Email Gate.
  • Export your contacts as a CSV file and import them into your sales tool.
  • Reply to any person yourself, in the same Instagram chat.

What to know first

  • There are no team seats or roles. Each CreatorFlow account has one Google sign-in, so reps cannot have their own logins.
  • CreatorFlow does not give leads to reps, and there is no pipeline. Your team decides who answers.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Can CreatorFlow give each enquiry to a different rep?

No. There is no assignment and no pipeline. Each person who asks appears in your contacts, and your team decides who answers.

Can each rep have a login?

No. There are no seats or roles. A workspace holds one Instagram account, with one Google sign-in.

Who answers when the person replies?

A person on your team. CreatorFlow replies only to your keywords, so the reply waits in your Instagram inbox.

Does it send contacts to our sales tool?

There is no direct connection. On Pro and Growth, you can export contacts as a CSV file and import them.

Can we send a DM to people who have not contacted us?

No. There are no cold or bulk DMs. CreatorFlow replies only to people who commented, replied to a Story or sent you the keyword.

Does it book the demo in our calendar?

No. The DM sends the link to your booking page. People choose the time there.
