Start Instagram DM automation for your hotel in three steps
Your hotel needs a Google account and an Instagram Business or Creator account. A personal account becomes a Business account for free in Instagram settings.

What you can set
- Give each room its own Reel and keyword, such as ROOM or SUITE.
- Send your booking link, map and breakfast menu as up to 3 link buttons.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as STAY.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can share your midweek rate.
- Run one workspace per property, each with its own Instagram account.
What to know first
- CreatorFlow does not see free rooms or your rates. You write the rate in the DM and change it when it changes.
- It does not book, confirm or cancel a stay. It does not connect to your booking engine or channel manager.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.
Your account
- CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
- It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
- You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.

Does CreatorFlow book the room for me?
No. CreatorFlow sends your booking link by DM, and the guest books on your booking engine. It does not see which rooms are free. It does not confirm or cancel a stay.
Which booking engines work with it?
Any booking engine that gives you a link. Paste the link into the DM as a button. CreatorFlow does not connect to it, so rates and rooms do not update by themselves.
What happens when a guest asks about a late arrival or a dog?
That message stays in your Instagram inbox for you to answer. CreatorFlow sends a DM only when someone uses your keyword. A guest with a special request still talks to you.
Can I change the rate for a new season?
Yes. Edit the DM in CreatorFlow when your rate changes. CreatorFlow does not read your rates, so the DM shows the rate you wrote.
What if the guest does not follow my hotel?
They still get the DM. Instagram puts it in their Message Requests, so they may see it a little later.
Can my reception staff and night manager use it?
Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each property with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.
Is it safe for my hotel's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted you first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
How much does Instagram DM automation cost for a hotel?
