Comment to DM, from your Reel to a booked intro call
Maya is looking for a therapist. She finds your Reel about how you work and wants to write to you.
Your Reel
Your Reel shows how you work
You show your office and explain a first session. In the caption, you ask people to comment START.
The comment
Maya comments START
START is a neutral keyword, so her comment says nothing about why she writes. Leo's and Jules's comments get no DM.
The DM
Your intro call link arrives by DM
Maya gets your message, your urgent help line and a Book intro call button during your session. It comes from your own practice account.
Your booking tool
Maya books Monday 6 pm
A tap on the button opens your booking tool. Maya picks a time for a free intro call, and your tool saves it.
Instagram auto-reply for intro calls, fees and new openings
Four automations a private practice can run. Each one answers a first question, so your sessions stay free of the phone.
Reel comments · START
People who want to know how you work get your intro call link, with your urgent help line. START is neutral, but comments are public, so offer INTRO by DM too.
How comment auto-reply works →Keyword DMs · INTRO
People who send you INTRO get your fees and your intro call link. A keyword DM does not appear in your comments.
How keyword DMs work →Story replies · OPENINGS
People who reply to your Story get your intro call link for that time. You pause the automation when the time is gone.
How Story replies work →Post comments · GUIDE
People get your guide to a first session, and you get their email. Email Gate asks for it first, on Pro and Growth. With no answer in about 15 minutes, it sends the guide anyway.

Instagram DM automation that sends your intro call link during sessions
By hand, people wait until your last session ends. With CreatorFlow, people book an intro call while you are with a client.
By hand
- ✕Someone writes to you for the first time at 11 am. You are in sessions until 6 pm.
- ✕On Sunday evening, you type your fee again for each person who asks.
- ✕A Thursday evening time opens, and you answer each reply by hand.
With CreatorFlow
- Your intro call link arrives in seconds, while your phone stays off.
- People who send INTRO get your fees in a private DM.
- People who reply to your Story get the link for that time.

What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for psychologists
Read these before you invite people to comment START.
What you can set
- Give each question its own neutral keyword: START, INTRO or OPENINGS.
- Send your intro call link, fee page and intake form as up to 3 link buttons.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as INTRO.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can share a new opening.
- Run one workspace per therapist who has their own Instagram account.
What to know first
- CreatorFlow does not answer urgent messages. Put your line about the local emergency number in each DM you write.
- A DM is not a medical channel. Do not ask for symptoms or health details in a DM, and it gives no medical advice.
- Comments are public. Use a neutral word such as START, and offer a private keyword DM as well.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.
Your account
- CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
- It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.

Does CreatorFlow book sessions or talk to new clients for me?
No. CreatorFlow sends your words and your link. It does not see your calendar, and it does not answer questions. Any intake form or booking link works as a button in the DM.
What happens if someone sends me an urgent message?
CreatorFlow cannot tell that a message is urgent, and it sends you no alert. A message with no keyword gets no reply and stays in your inbox. Put the line about the local emergency number in each DM you write.
Is an Instagram DM a safe place for client details?
No. Instagram DMs are not a secure place for client details. Do not ask for health details in a DM, and collect them in your own intake form. Advertising rules for health services differ by country, so check yours before you post prices.
Does it connect to my practice software or calendar?
No. CreatorFlow does not connect to practice software or calendars, so nothing updates by itself. Paste your booking or intake form link into the DM as a button.
I work in a group practice. Can each therapist use it?
Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. A therapist with their own Instagram account needs their own workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.
Is it safe for my practice's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted you first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
How much does Instagram DM automation cost for one therapist?
CreatorFlow is free for 500 DMs a month, with comment, Story reply and keyword DM automations. Pro costs $15 a month for 5,000 DMs and adds Email Gate and link tracking. Growth costs $30 a month for 10,000 DMs and 5 workspaces. Every plan includes unlimited automations.
