Does CreatorFlow book the home visit for me?
No. CreatorFlow sends your home visit form by DM. Your office reads the form and calls the person to choose a time. CreatorFlow gives no prices and does not see your calendar.
Can customers report an alarm through it?
No. CreatorFlow does not take alarm calls or emergencies, and nobody watches it for them. Keep alarms on your monitoring line. Your DM should tell people to call their local emergency number.
Should people send their address by DM?
No. Ask for addresses, alarm codes and camera positions on your own form, never in a DM. Write that line in each DM, so people know where those details go.
Does it connect to my monitoring or billing software?
No. CreatorFlow does not connect to monitoring, dispatch or billing software. It sends a link to any page you own, such as your home visit form. The link appears as a button in the DM.
What if the person does not follow our account?
They still get the DM. Instagram puts it in their Message Requests, so they may see it a little later.
Can my office staff and installers use it?
Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each brand or branch with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace. Free has 1, Pro has 2 and Growth has 5.
Is it safe for a security company's Instagram account?
