What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for financial advisors

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Use one keyword for retirement Reels and another for budget posts. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Put your question list and your call page in one DM, as two link buttons.
  • Send only the words you wrote. CreatorFlow does not write or change them.
  • See the clicks on each link, with link tracking.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as COSTS.

What to know first

  • You write the messages, so check them against the advertising rules of your profession.
  • A personal money question needs a person. CreatorFlow does not answer it.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.

Will CreatorFlow give financial advice in my DMs?

No. It sends only the message you wrote, and it does not answer questions. Keep the DM to a link, and reply yourself when someone asks about their own money.

Can my compliance team check the messages?

Yes, before you press Start Automation. There is no approval step inside CreatorFlow, so agree the words first.

What if someone writes their income or savings in a DM?

CreatorFlow does not answer it. You see the message in your Instagram inbox and reply yourself. Ask people to send private details on your own form, not in a DM.

Can I mention returns or results in the DM?

CreatorFlow does not stop you, because you write the words. Check any claim against the rules of your profession first. A DM with only a link is the simple choice.

Does it work with my planning software or client records?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. On Pro and Growth you can export contacts as a CSV file.

Is automation risky for the account of a regulated practice?

CreatorFlow lowers the risk, but no tool can remove it. It is a Meta-approved Tech Provider on the official Instagram API. It only replies to people who contacted you first. The rules of your profession are yours to check.
