Comment to DM, from your car cover Reel to your quote form

Sam needs cover for a new car. He watches your Reel about what a car policy includes.

  1. Your Reel

Your car cover Reel with the keyword CAR

You explain what a car policy includes. In the caption, you ask people to comment CAR.

CAR is your keyword. Home and shop questions get their own keywords on other posts.

  3. The DM

Sam gets the form from your account in seconds. The DM gives no price, because you price from the form.

  4. Your quote form

What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for insurance brokers

Check these before your first automation.

What you can set

  • Set a separate keyword for car, home, life and business cover. Automations are unlimited on every plan.
  • Change the form link on a post when your form changes.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as SHOP.
  • Reply under each comment in public with Public Reply, so people check their DMs.
  • Send the DM to people who commented in the last 7 days, with Rewind.

What to know first

  • You write the messages, so check them against the advertising rules of your profession.
  • CreatorFlow cannot give a price or compare policies. A broker replies in the same chat.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram limits DMs per hour. CreatorFlow sends the rest later, and some may not arrive.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Your account

  • CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
  • It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
  • You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
  • It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.

Instagram DM automation questions from insurance brokers

Short answers about quotes, personal details and your account.

More for brokersHow CreatorFlow worksAutomatic DMs from commentsFor financial advisorsPlans and pricesFor law firms

Can CreatorFlow quote a policy in the DM?

No. It sends the words you wrote and your link. It cannot read a car, a home or a claim. You give the price after you read the form.

What if someone sends a license number or medical details in the DM?

CreatorFlow does not answer it. You see the message in your Instagram inbox and reply yourself. Ask people to put personal details on your own form.

Can I have different forms for car, home, life and business cover?

Yes. Make one automation for each keyword. Automations are unlimited on every plan.

Does it work with my agency management system?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to other software. You paste your form link, and on Pro and Growth you can export contacts as a CSV file.

Who checks our messages against insurer and advertising rules?

You do, because you write each message. CreatorFlow does not review your words and makes no claim about those rules.

Can CreatorFlow write to people again before their renewal date?

No. It sends one DM when someone uses your keyword. It cannot write to people later or on a set date.

Can Instagram ban our brokerage account?

CreatorFlow lowers the risk, but no tool can remove it. It uses the official Instagram API and is a Meta-approved Tech Provider. It only replies to people who contacted you first.
