Is CreatorFlow Safe for My Instagram Account?

Meta Tech Provider, official API, no password required. Here's how we keep your account safe.

TL;DR:Yes. CreatorFlow is a Meta Tech Provider (December 2025). We use Meta's official Instagram Graph API, which carries a lower risk of account restrictions than browser automation, though no tool can remove that risk entirely. CreatorFlow never stores your Instagram password and paces sending to stay within Instagram's API rate limits; if you hit a limit, some DMs may not be delivered.

Is CreatorFlow Approved by Meta?

Yes. CreatorFlow became a Meta Tech Provider in December 2025.

Meta reviewed our application, verified our business, and granted official access to the Instagram Graph API. This is the same API used by other major automation tools.

Official API vs. Browser Bots

CreatorFlow uses only the official API. No browser automation, no scraping, no unofficial methods.

Official API (CreatorFlow)

Account ban risk: Low | Rate limiting: Clear limits enforced by Meta | Login: Secure token (no password shared) | Compliance: Meta Tech Provider

Browser Bots

Account ban risk: High | Rate limiting: Unpredictable, can trigger locks | Login: Requires your password | Compliance: Meta Tech Provider Violates Instagram ToS

Does CreatorFlow Store My Password?

No. CreatorFlow never sees or stores your Instagram password.

Connection uses Instagram's OAuth flow — the same "Log in with Instagram" process used by other apps. You grant permissions through Meta's own screen. We receive a secure token, not your password.

You can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites."

Rate Limits and Account Safety

Instagram applies rate limits to messages sent through the API. If you hit a rate limit, some DMs may not be delivered. CreatorFlow paces sending to stay within those limits.

For context: most creators send far fewer DMs than Instagram's API rate limits allow.
