Comment to DM, from your Reel to a booked skin consultation
Sofia wants to talk to a nurse about her skin. She finds your Reel on Friday at 10 pm. Your front desk opens again on Monday.
Your Reel
A Reel about your skin consultation
You post a Reel about the first talk with your nurse. In the caption, you ask people to comment CONSULT.
The comment
Sofia comments CONSULT
CONSULT is your keyword, and it names no treatment. Jules's comment about the light gets no DM.
The DM
Sofia gets your booking link in a private DM
Sofia gets your message and a Book consultation button on Friday night. The DM comes from your clinic's account, and other followers cannot see it.
Your booking tool
Sofia books Thursday 11 am
Sofia taps the button, and your booking tool opens. Sofia picks a time, and your tool saves it.
Instagram auto-reply for consultations, prices and open times
Four automations a clinic can run. Each keyword names no treatment, so the comments stay neutral.
Reel comments · CONSULT
People who want a consultation get your booking link by DM, even between two treatments. You ask people to comment CONSULT. The word names no treatment, so nobody sees what they want.
How comment auto-reply works →Keyword DMs · PRICES
Someone sends you PRICES and gets your price list with a link. Nobody else sees the question or the answer.
How keyword DMs work →Story replies · TIMES
Post a Story when your nurse has open times. People who reply get the link, and your booking tool takes the bookings.
How Story replies work →Post comments · GUIDE
People get your free guide by DM. Email Gate, on Pro and Growth, asks for their email first. With no answer in about 15 minutes, it sends the guide anyway.

Instagram DM automation that sends your booking link between clients
By hand, people wait until your client leaves. With CreatorFlow, the booking link reaches them while your client is still in the chair.
By hand
- ✕A request arrives on Friday at 10 pm. Your front desk reads it on Monday.
- ✕Between two clients, you type the same answer from your phone.
- ✕You read every comment to find the consultation requests.
With CreatorFlow
- Your booking link arrives in seconds, even on Friday night.
- You write the consultation message once, in your nurse's words.
- People who asked are saved in your contacts.

What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for aesthetic clinics
Read these before you post your first CONSULT Reel.
What you can set
- Give each offer its own keyword, such as CONSULT or PRICES.
- Send your booking link, price list and clinic address as up to 3 link buttons.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, so price questions stay private.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can share this week's open times.
- Run one workspace per clinic, each with its own Instagram account.
What to know first
- A DM is not a medical channel. Never ask for photos or health details in a DM, and CreatorFlow gives no medical advice.
- CreatorFlow does not book consultations, see your calendar or answer urgent messages. Keep your phone number on your profile.
- Rules for advertising medical treatments differ by country. Check yours before you post prices or offers.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.
Your account
- CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider.
- It uses the official Instagram API. There is no browser extension.
- You connect Instagram on Instagram's own screen. CreatorFlow does not see your password.
- It only sends DMs to people who contacted you first.
What it costs
Start on the free plan. You pay for a plan, not for each contact. Public Reply, Rewind, Follow Gate, Email Gate, link tracking and CSV export are on Pro and Growth. Pro and Growth start with a 14-day free trial.

Does CreatorFlow book consultations for me?
No. CreatorFlow sends your booking link by DM, and the person books in your booking tool. It does not see your calendar, and it gives no medical advice.
Which booking tools work with it?
Any booking tool that gives you a link. Paste the link into the DM as a button. CreatorFlow does not connect to your booking tool, so client records stay where they are.
Can clients send photos of their skin by DM?
Ask them not to. Instagram DMs are not a secure place for patient details. Ask for photos and health details in your own booking or intake form.
Will other people see what treatment someone wants?
Not if you choose a neutral keyword. Comments are public, and CONSULT names no treatment. Questions about a treatment can stay in a keyword DM, such as PRICES.
Can I send treatment prices by DM?
Check your local rules first. Rules for advertising medical treatments differ by country. Where prices are allowed, a keyword DM such as PRICES sends them in private.
Can my nurses and front desk use it?
Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each clinic with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.
Is it safe for my clinic's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted you first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
How much does Instagram DM automation cost for a clinic?
CreatorFlow is free for 500 DMs a month, with comment, Story reply and keyword DM automations. Pro costs $15 a month for 5,000 DMs and adds Email Gate and link tracking. Growth costs $30 a month for 10,000 DMs and 5 workspaces. Every plan includes unlimited automations.
Booked consultations while you treat clients
Put CONSULT in the caption of your next Reel. The DM holds your booking link. People can book a consultation on a Friday night, without a call.
