- Give each question its own neutral keyword: CONSULT, FEES or ASK.
- Send your booking link, fee page and private form as up to 3 link buttons.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as FEES.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can share your private form.
- Run one workspace per surgeon who has their own Instagram account.
What to know first
- A DM is not a medical channel. It gives no medical advice, so do not ask for photos or health details in a DM.
- Comments are public. Use a neutral keyword such as CONSULT, never a procedure name.
- Advertising rules for medical treatments differ by country. Check yours, and do not promise a result in a DM.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Does CreatorFlow book consultations or say who is a good candidate?
No. CreatorFlow sends the words and the link you wrote. It does not see your surgeon's calendar, and it gives no medical advice. Only your surgeon can answer that question, at the consultation.
Which booking tools and practice software work with it?
Any booking tool or form that gives you a link. The link appears as a button in the DM. CreatorFlow does not connect to practice software, so patient files do not change.
Can patients send photos or a medical history by DM?
They should not, so do not ask for them. Instagram DMs are not a secure place for patient details. Collect them in your own consultation form.
What if a patient writes after surgery with a problem?
CreatorFlow does not answer urgent messages. A message without your keyword gets no reply and stays in your inbox. Give patients your clinic's phone number for questions after surgery.
Can my coordinator and each surgeon have a login?
No. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. A surgeon with their own Instagram account uses a separate workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.
Is it safe for my clinic's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted your clinic first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
How much does Instagram DM automation cost for a clinic?
