- Give each question its own neutral keyword: BOOK, INSURANCE or SATURDAY.
- Send up to 3 link buttons in one DM, such as one for each department.
- Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as INSURANCE.
- Answer Story replies, so one Story can share your Saturday hours.
- Run one workspace per clinic location with its own Instagram account.
What to know first
- A DM is not a medical channel. Do not ask for symptoms or health details in a DM, and it gives no medical advice.
- Comments are public. Use neutral keywords such as BOOK, never a condition or a department that shows someone's health.
- It does not answer urgent health messages. Put your phone number and the local emergency number in your DMs.
- People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
- Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
- Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
- CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Does CreatorFlow book appointments or choose the right doctor?
No. CreatorFlow sends the words and links you wrote. It does not see your doctors' calendars, and it gives no medical advice. The patient picks a time in your booking tool.
Does it connect to our clinic management system?
No. CreatorFlow does not connect to clinic or patient record software, so nothing updates by itself. Any booking link works. Paste it into the DM as a button, up to 3 in one DM.
Can patients send medical records or insurance numbers by DM?
They should not, so do not ask for them. Instagram DMs are not a secure place for patient details. Collect them in your own booking or intake form. Advertising rules for health services differ by country, so check yours before you post prices.
What happens if someone sends an urgent message?
CreatorFlow does not answer it. A message without your keyword gets no reply and stays in your inbox. Put your phone number and the local emergency number in each DM you write.
Can each doctor and each receptionist have a login?
No. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each clinic location with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.
Is it safe for our clinic's Instagram account?
CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted your clinic first. Instagram decides how it applies its rules, so no tool can promise your account will never be limited.
