Comment to DM, from your Reel to a quote request

Sam is buying his first home. He finds your Reel about burst pipes and wants a quote before he signs.

  1. Your Reel

Your agent explains one common question

An agent films what home insurance covers when a pipe bursts. You ask people to comment QUOTE.

  2. The comment

    Sam comments QUOTE

QUOTE is your keyword. Ava's and Noah's comments have no keyword, so CreatorFlow does not answer them.

  3. The DM

Your quote form arrives by DM

Sam gets a Get a quote button before he closes Instagram. The DM asks him not to send policy details in the chat.

  4. Your quote form

Sam asks for a home quote

The button opens your own quote form. An agent reads it and gives the quote.

Instagram auto-reply for quotes, agents and claims

Four automations an agency can run. Each one has its own keyword and sends a link.

  • Reel comments · QUOTE

People who comment QUOTE get the link to your quote form, and their details stay off Instagram. An agent explains one question, and you ask people to comment QUOTE.

    How comment auto-reply works →
  • Keyword DMs · AGENT

Someone sends you AGENT and gets your office hours and contact page. The advice stays with your agents.

    How keyword DMs work →
  • Story replies · RENTERS

People who reply to your Story get your renters guide and an agent link. Post it for people who rent their first home.

    How Story replies work →
  • Keyword DMs · CLAIM

Someone sends you CLAIM and gets your claims page. The DM asks them not to send claim details in the chat.

Instagram DM automation that sends quote forms in seconds

By hand, people wait until an agent is free. With CreatorFlow, they start your quote form the same day they ask.

By hand

  • ✕Someone asks for a quote on Saturday. An agent sees it on Monday morning.
  • ✕An agent sends the same quote form by hand, one DM at a time.
  • ✕Someone with a claim waits behind all the other messages.

With CreatorFlow

  • Your quote form arrives on a Saturday too, with no agent at a desk.
  • You write the quote message once, with the line about policy details.
  • People who send CLAIM get your claims page without waiting behind quote requests.

What CreatorFlow can and cannot do for insurance agencies

Read these before an agent films the next Reel.

What you can set

  • Give each question its own keyword, such as QUOTE, AGENT or CLAIM.
  • Send your quote form, contact page and claims page as up to 3 link buttons.
  • Answer a keyword someone sends you in a DM, such as CLAIM.
  • Answer Story replies, so one Story can share your renters guide.
  • Run one workspace per agency, each with its own Instagram account.

What to know first

  • CreatorFlow gives no quotes or advice. Your quote form and your agents do that.
  • It does not collect policy details. Never ask for policy numbers, birth dates or claim details in a DM.
  • Rules for selling insurance differ by country. Check yours before you post the Reel or write the DM.
  • People who do not follow you find the DM in Message Requests.
  • Instagram allows 200 DMs an hour. Extra DMs wait for the next hour.
  • Each automation sends one DM, with one optional step before it. There are no follow-up messages.
  • CreatorFlow works with Instagram only. It cannot send a DM when someone follows you.

Does CreatorFlow give quotes or advice?

No. CreatorFlow sends your message and a link to your own quote form or an agent. It gives no quotes or advice, and it does not collect policy details.

What should people never send in the chat?

Policy numbers, birth dates, payment details and claim details. Add a line to each DM that asks people not to send them. Your quote form and claims page collect what you need.

Will it sell more policies?

We cannot promise that. CreatorFlow sends the right link to people who ask. Your agents give the quotes and sell the policies.

Does it connect to my agency management system?

No. CreatorFlow does not connect to agency, policy or claims software. Any form or page with a link works as a button in the DM.

What if the person does not follow our agency?

They still get the DM. Instagram puts it in their Message Requests, so they may see it a little later.

Can each agent use it?

Not with their own logins. CreatorFlow has no team seats, and each account has one Google login. Each agency with its own Instagram account gets its own workspace: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro and 5 on Growth.

Is it safe for a regulated firm?

CreatorFlow is a Meta-approved Tech Provider and sends messages through Instagram's official API. You do not share your password. It only replies to people who contacted you first. Rules for selling insurance differ by country, and CreatorFlow does not check them for you.

How much does Instagram DM automation cost for an agency?

CreatorFlow is free for 500 DMs a month, with comment, Story reply and keyword DM automations. The four automations on this page all run on Free. Pro costs $15 a month for 5,000 DMs. Growth costs $30 a month for 10,000 DMs and 5 workspaces.

More quote requests from your next Reel
