CreatorFlow Dashboard Tour

6 min read

A quick walkthrough of the CreatorFlow dashboard so you know where everything is before building your first automation. The app has five main areas: Home, Automations, Templates, Contacts, and Analytics.

Home Screen

The Home screen is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a performance snapshot of your account:

  • Total DMs sent (this month and all time)
  • Active automations count
  • Recent automation activity with timestamps
  • DM usage vs. your plan limit

Think of the Home screen as your daily check-in. One glance tells you if everything is running smoothly.

Workspace Switcher

At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find the workspace switcher. A workspace represents one Instagram account. From here you can:

  • Switch between Instagram accounts (Growth plan, up to 5 workspaces)
  • View workspace settings (connection status, plan details)
  • Invite team members to your workspace
  • Disconnect or reconnect your Instagram account

On the Free and Pro plans, you get 1 workspace. If you manage multiple Instagram accounts, the Growth plan gives you up to 5.

Account Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right to access account-level settings. Here you can change your dashboard language (13 languages supported), manage your subscription, view billing history, and update your notification preferences.

What Comes Next

Now that you know where everything is, it's time to build your first automation. Head to the next lesson: Create Your First Automation.

FAQ

Can I use CreatorFlow in languages other than English?+

Yes. CreatorFlow supports 13 languages. Go to Account Settings to change your dashboard language. This only changes the app interface, not the language of your DMs (you control DM language in each automation).

How many workspaces can I have?+

Free and Pro plans include 1 workspace (1 Instagram account). The Growth plan includes up to 5 workspaces, so you can manage multiple Instagram accounts from one CreatorFlow login.

Where do I find my automation performance data?+

Two places: the Home screen shows a high-level snapshot of recent activity. The Analytics section in the sidebar gives you detailed performance data for each automation, including DMs sent, open rates, and click-through rates.
